SILANE ADHESIVE

Monocomponent silane adhesive specifically for gluing all types of wooden floors on cement-based sub-floors or on pre-existing non-absorbent floors (marble, tiles, flagstones, wood surfaces).

If applied evenly on the laying surface, WB MONO MS creates a waterproofing barrier that helps prevent damp rising up from concrete subfloors.

WHERE IT CAN BE APPLIED:

• Anhydride screeds
• Calcium sulfate screed
• Absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors with underfloor heating or cooling systems.

The following can be glued to these surfaces:

• 10 mm non-locking solid wood elements (lamparquet) as per the DIN EN 13227 standard
• mosaic parquet as per the DIN EN 13488 standard (industrial) solid wood strips as per the DIN EN 14761 standard
• M/F interlocking solid oak wood boards with a max. width 18 cm or 20 cm as per the DIN EN 13226 standard
• multi-layer pre-finished floors as per the DIN EN 13489 standard
• cork flooring as per the DIN EN 12104 standard

*If applied smoothly and evenly (forming a continuous layer), WB MONO MS can act as a vapor seal barrier exclusively for the type of tongue-and-groove parquet floors indicated and on non-heated laying surfaces with residual humidity of up to 4%, corresponding to 85% air humidity.
