Match class to risk and size: C2TE S1 for most porcelain and large-format; C2F for fast turnaround; S2 for high movement; R2/epoxy for special service. Always confirm with TDS.
Concrete, rigid screeds/renders, fibre-cement, plasterboard and approved membranes/primers per TDS. Substrates must be sound, dry within limits, and finished to TANZ flatness.
Use C2TE S1 or gel formulations with correct notch and back-buttering. Verify coverage by lifting tiles. Maintain planeness ≤3 mm/2 m and ≤1 mm/300 mm.
For light/green marbles or translucent stone, use white, low-moisture systems or R2 where required. Trial a control sample and follow stone supplier advice.
Select adhesives rated for exterior/immersion and S1/S2 as required. Observe cure windows before exposure or flood testing. For UFH/heated screeds, allow full cure then staged heat-up.
