Techno Epoxy MVB is a 100% solids, two-component epoxy primer designed to control moisture vapour emission from concrete substrates. Used beneath flooring systems and coatings, it creates a seamless moisture mitigation layer for new or existing slabs in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. With outstanding adhesion (even on damp concrete) and broad system compatibility, it prepares substrates for durable, compliant flooring installations.

Is Techno Epoxy MVB a waterproof membrane?
No. It is a moisture vapour barrier, not a waterproof membrane. Do not use in wet areas or where waterproofing is required. For waterproofing, use BRANZ-appraised Technokolla membranes.

Can it be applied to damp concrete?
Yes, it offers excellent adhesion to damp concrete (not standing water).

What moisture levels can it handle?
Up to 25 lbs MVER (ASTM F1869) and 99% RH (ASTM F2170).

How long before I can walk on it or install finishes?
