CASA Pre-Made Shower Bases

CASA boards are manufactured from high-performance, waterproof extruded polystyrene (XPS), coated on both sides with a 1 mm layer of polymer-cement mortar reinforced with fibreglass mesh.

The CASA pre-made shower base is a floor-level, barrier-free panel designed to receive a surface finish, with a pre-formed fall of at least 2%. Constructed from a lightweight XPS core or solid polymer concrete, it is impact-resistant and compatible with most tile adhesives.

The shower base must be installed on a fully supported, structured floor and is ideal for wet rooms or confined shower areas. It can be easily trimmed to size, including irregular or circular shapes, to suit specific project needs.
