SabreSeal MS25 Building & Industrial Hybrid Sealant, part of our MS Sealants portfolio, is a premium one-component, non-sagging durable elastic sealant specifically designed for use in high movement joints (±50%) in building construction and manufacturing industries. Based on MS Polymer, this versatile and high-performance Silyl Modified Polymer (MS) sealant can be used for sealing joints in various materials, including concrete, panel joints, rainscreens, coolstores, roof sealing and around windows and skylights. In addition, this sealant can be painted with most water-based paints, making it an ideal choice for a range of applications.
SabreSeal MS25 is suitable for both interior and exterior application in high temperature and humid conditions and exhibits excellent resistance to UV, weathering and aging.
