How to use

Sheet Installation

Primer Required: NAC TAC Primer (must be fully dry to tack before application)
Installation:

Roll out STRATAFLEX over the primed surface
Remove the release liner and press firmly into place
Overlap each sheet by 50 mm using the built-in double-stick edge
Use a hand roller over seams for best results

Compatible Surface

Poured or precast concrete
Concrete backer board and lightweight screeds
Gypsum and patching compounds
Plywood, tongue & groove, and OSB (with correct gapping)
Existing tile, terrazzo, and VCT/VAT
Painted, sealed, or cracked substrates

Strataflex is a high-strength, 1.0mm, self-adhering, elastomeric sheet-applied membrane designed for use under interior and exterior flooring surfaces that require waterproofing protection. Strataflex features a 50 mm double-stick lap joint that creates a watertight seal, providing exceptional waterproof protection.

Strataflex permanently adheres to the substrate with an NAC primer, making it the perfect solution for condominiums and bathrooms. Kitchens, restaurants, malls, office buildings, and any commercial or residential installations requiring waterproof protection.

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES

Concrete:

Poured, pre-stressed and pre-cast conrete.
Concrete backerboard, mud beds, gypsum, lightweight concrete and patching compounds.

Wood:

Exterior or exposure 1 plywood, APA-rated sheathing, Sturd-I-Floor, hardwood, tongue and groove and OSB with standard face. (Gap between sheeting as required.)

Other Substrates:

Ceramic & porcelain tile, stone, terrazzo, VCT/VAT, metal, painted and sealed floors and floors damaged by dry shrinkage and structural movement.
