Synthetic Resin-Based Concentrated Primer (5kg Bottle)

A high-performance, synthetic resin-based concentrated primer designed for preparing gypsum- or cement-based substrates before the application of adhesives, self-leveling mortars, or finishing products.

  • Appearance: Concentrated blue liquid
  • Storage: 12 months in a dry place, protected from frost and high temperatures
  • Dilution: Mix with water at a 1:3 ratio (1 part primer to 3 parts water)

Suitable for indoor applications on both floors and walls.
Recommended for:

  • Pre-treating gypsum-based substrates or plasterboard before applying cement-based adhesives or compounds
  • Priming very absorbent cement screeds or plasters before:Cement-based self-leveling mortarsSkimming plastersTile adhesives and other cementitious products
  • Cement-based or gypsum-based plaster and levelling mortar
  • Gypsum or plasterboard panels
  • Anhydrite screeds
  • Cement screeds
  • Consumption Rate:25–50 g/m² (depending on surface absorption)
  • Undiluted Primer Coverage:A 5 kg bottle covers approximately 100–200 m²
  • Diluted Coverage (1:3 with Water):After dilution, the total solution volume is 20 kgPractical coverage may increase due to easier application on low-absorption surfacesEstimated coverage: Up to 300 m², depending on substrate and application method
  • Note: On highly absorbent surfaces, expect no more than 200 m²
  • Always test on a small area to verify compatibility and coverage
  • Avoid over-dilution, which may reduce adhesion
  • Apply only to clean, dry, and structurally sound surfaces
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for surface preparation and drying times
